We’re growing and currently seeking a Senior Accounts and Payroll Administrator to join our Perth-based team. If you’re ready to take on meaningful, diverse projects and work alongside technical professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accounts data entry and bank reconciliations
- Monthly invoicing
- Preparing payroll data (hours, leave, adjustments) and processing
- Maintaining employee payroll records
- Supporting administrative and project tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or similar.
- Payroll – prior exposure to payroll processes and systems.
- Advanced use of accounting packages (i.e. Xero / MYOB or a similar accounting package)
- Bookkeeping experience capturing day-to-day transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
Desirable Skills
- Project management tools – familiarity with Project Works or similar software.
- A proactive attitude with solutions-orientated approach.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
